Service/Global Repair (future set-up) Create a simplified and efficient organization set-up to make Vestas stand out as a preferred partner to customers. Service accounts for a significant amount of the overall results and this is going to be even more. Responsibilities Prepare and facilitate status meetings and oversee task management Take part in various projects, e.g. development of business cases strategy development and -deployment (offer input to the processes as well as contribute by coordinating and to some extent facilitation). Administrative support through minutes taking, planning and coordinating meetings and other departmental/functional gatherings, travel planning/ordering, purchase order management Support the organizational development through close collaboration with HR Act as a supporting self-driven function for both management/HR in the "Service/Global Repair-department" as well outside towards other group functions. You will be challenged to understand the business in order to proactively stay one step ahead of plans and schedules. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role or a relevant level of experience from other functions with a coordinating task across a function/company. Preferable you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Corporate Communication. Competencies You are capable of working independently, while keeping a keen eye on coordinating stakeholders' contribution You are able to perform and deliver in ambiguous and high intensity situations You work in an process-orientated and structured way; follow up on results You possess a proactive and service-minded attitude; you are both our "go-to" and "go-do" person It is important that you are a proficient user of Microsoft Office Your verbal and written English skills must be excellent as you will be working with colleagues with various cultural backgrounds Some knowledge of the German language would be advantageous What we offer An outstanding opportunity to take part in the creation of a centralized new function, which will contribute significantly to the generation of results for Vestas' bottom line.
