Then you might just be the person we are looking for as Personal Assistant to our Senior VP and CIO of Danfoss Group IT. Smooth and professional management support You work closely together with the entire Group IT organisation and you have extensive knowledge about Danfoss and its structure. You will be part of a team of dynamic colleagues, where you perform duties of an administrative nature including setting up appointments, receiving telephone calls, handling e-mails, planning business trips, and preparing presentations. In short, you ensure smooth and professional management support in relation to both short and long term tasks and challenges to the satisfaction of managers and colleagues. This is a position with many contacts at management level throughout the entire Danfoss organisation. Enthusiastic, gifted organiser You have several years’ experience from a similar position in Danfoss. Your educational level equals Bilingual Correspondent or a relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g. communication) and you are proficient in written and spoken English. You are able to handle a variety of tasks without losing perspective, attention to detail or your catching sense of humour. In addition, you have strong IT skills, are a great communicator and thrive in an independent role where systems and details are key words. Above all, you are service-minded and a gifted organiser.
