We are looking for the ideal candidate who will excel in the position of personal assistant to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) in Diabetes Finished Product Bagsværd (DFP BA). About the department You will be part of one of Novo Nordisk’s insulin production sites in Denmark. We are approximately 600 qualified and engaged colleagues. You will join the team of assistants supporting specific departments as well as across the site. You will report directly to the CVP, and will support the business support department as well. The job In this role your key responsibility will be to provide personal assistance to the CVP of DFP BA. You will act as a sparring partner and assistant in general and in confidential matters. In addition you will arrange and manage meetings and the calendar for the CVP (calendar, meetings, seminars and travel coordination). This can include preparation of presentation material. You will also administrate data from various systems, responsible for intraweb update in local area, assist in hiring and responsible for the on boarding of new colleagues every month. You will participate and assist in cross-functional activities, purchase goods and services as needed within area. According to approval rights and settlement of various expenses and invoices you will be responsible. Key stakeholders will be the Bagsværd management team, CVP Partners, Business support director and other department assistants. Qualifications Your educational background includes a bachelor degree within business administration, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience from similar positions. You will take initiative to improve quality and working procedures have high degree of independence and initiative continuously. Focus on developing better practice for administrative processes. You are a proficient user of MS Office and find it easy to master new IT systems. You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken. You have excellent communication skills and like to interact with people at different levels within an organisation. You are able to adapt to change and prioritise under stress.
