- Administrative - Denmark - Bagsværd We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Vice President for Biopharm Quality Control (BioQC) VP area in Bagsværd. You will work closely with the VP and the management team and you will be a part of the team of CVP/VP assistants in Biopharm. The position requires strong organisational skills and a high degree of independence as well as detail orientation. About department Biopharm is a part of Novo Nordisk that produces Human Growth Hormones, Glucagon, and products for Haemostasis as well as hormone therapy for women. BioQC is responsible for the quality control of these products and consists of QC departments in Gentofte, Måløv and Kalundborg – in total 330 employees. BioQC plays a vital role in bringing our marketed and new products fast to market. The job As a VP Assistant your key area of responsibility will be to support the VP in establishing smooth operation of various processes. Your tasks will include monthly reporting, organising and following up on management meetings, projects and organisational requirements. You also arrange business travel, meetings etc. for the VP. Furthermore you will be a member of the team of VP/CVP assistants in Biopharm and play a role in cross-organisational initiatives. You will also chair your own administrative group within the VP area and through them ensuring execution of cross area administrative processes. Finally, you will represent the VP area in the editorial group for our employee magazine with the responsibility of coordinating and ensuring input for the VP area. Qualifications You have an administrative education or hold a bachelor degree and have a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience. You demonstrate good business understanding and master professional communication skills. Furthermore, you have flair for numbers and solid IT skills. You work in a structured manner with a sense for the details. You have a strong Quality mindset and understand the GMP principles that are the basis for our business. You are fluent in English both written and spoken. Experience from a similar position in Novo Nordisk is an advantage.
