- Administrative - Denmark - Bagsværd We are looking for a dedicated and all-round department assistant for Internal Audits and Supplier Audits in Quality Audits. About the department The departments “Internal Audits” and “Supplier Audits” are corporate staff functions and part of Corporate Quality situated in Bagsværd. The departments are responsible for the internal ISO/GMP audits, audits of suppliers and also Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental audits. We are 24 dedicated employees in the departments. You will join the team of department assistants supporting the area. The job Your key responsibility will be to provide support to the two Department Managers. You will arrange and manage meetings (calendar, meetings, seminars and travel coordination). This can include preparation of presentation material, setting up workshops and handling practical formalities. You will also administrate data from various systems and be responsible for tracking of department performance. You will participate and assist in cross-functional activities, purchase goods and services as needed within area. Your key stakeholders will be the directors and the team of department assistants. Qualifications You have an administrative education or hold a bachelor degree with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience. You are a proficient user of MS Office and find it easy to master new IT systems. You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken. Previous working experience with various IT systems like ICE and Concur is an advantage. As a person you are a completer with a structured approach to your responsibilities. You work independently, and you value the importance of being part of a team. For your deliverables, ownership and quality are a must. You have excellent communication skills and can interact with people at different levels within an organisation. You are able to adapt to changes and can prioritise your work as required.
