Are you an experienced PA looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity arising for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support the President of LEGO® Education to enable him to be as effective in his role as possible. Join the LEGO® Education business in a key administrative role that provides you with both learning opportunities and broad responsibility As a PA to President of LEGO® Education you assist with travels planning, coordinating and planning meetings, handling expenses and visitor coordination on behalf of the President. In continuation hereof your main responsibilities will be: Ad-hoc support for LEGO® Education’s Leadership Team in order of planning and organizing meetings. Help employees adhere to guidelines around financial compliance, e.g. to raise purchase orders in advance of orders and secure payment on time and with correct registration of activity and cost. Organizing celebrations and commemoration of anniversaries, birthdays, jubilees, holidays etc. Our new PA should successfully be able to proactively address the office support needs of relevant personnel and the entire department, while creating a positive cultural impact within the company. In this position, you will be challenged on your capability to navigate in a multi cultural environment and staying organized and keeping an overview in a company with a growth rate above 20 percent per year. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Are experienced in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and basic IT. Knowledge of SharePoint will be an advantage. Have a digital mindset in terms of being able to support in e.g. presentations, SharePoint sites and social media. Possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Have a background as a PA or secretary or equivalent experience preferably from an international organization. Speak and write English proficiently.
