Help establish a department and deliver personal / executive assistance As Personal Assistant you will be part of Market & Commercial Development, a new department designed to continuously drive and uplift sales & channel excellence and route to market. Once established, the department will span several LEGO Locations and be a dynamic international team. You will serve as the department’s go-to person and you will probably spread your time somewhat evenly between: Supporting the Vice President of Market & Commercial Development with calendar management, meeting and travel planning, preparation for meetings, creating presentations, etc. Supporting the 3 members of the Leadership Team (who refer to the VP) with various tasks including travel planning, meeting management, etc. Delivering ad hoc administrative support to the entire Market & Commercial Development team (purchasing, planning meetings and events, on-boarding new colleagues, assisting in team projects) You will be based in Billund and travel up to 10 days per year for various department meetings. Coordination expert who knows how to build relations As you are the first person in a new department, you will be challenged on creating structure which supports and organises certain procedures for various other types of activities and persons and frees up time for others.
