Would you like to develop new features on Denmark's leading e-commerce platform, Bizzkit? Are you a skilled Backend Developer motivated by ensuring good architecture and high code quality? Hesehus is looking for another skilled Platform Developer who wants to work with and influence product development on our platform.

What are we offering?

We are Denmark’s leading e-commerce house specialized in the development of customer-specific B2B and B2C webshops. We deliver customer solutions from the market’s most complete software platform, Bizzkit developed internally in Hesehus. You will have the opportunity to put your imprint on the code base on Bizzkit, which consists of a DAM-solution, a CMS- & PIM (Product Information Management System). Common to all of our products is that we focus closely on performance and the quality of our code. We work with automated testing (unit and integration tests) on all aspects of the code. 

As a Platform Developer, you become part of Funen's largest development environment, which consists of more than 60 dedicated and highly qualified developers and architects. You will join our international platform team where you will work closely with the team to ensure continued high quality of newly developed platform features.

Your primary tasks:

• Ensure requirements from customers, developers and Product Managers are sufficiently described for development. This includes an analysis of how the assignments match the existing data model for the products and an estimation of how much time is needed for the development phase 
• Develop new features for the products in the Hesehus portfolio as well performance optimization and bug-fixing 
• Write and follow up on automated tests
• Analyze trends and patterns for optimization of the platform
• Support developers in the customer teams in installing platform products to their customer solutions 

Who are you?  

We expect you to have a higher education within IT, e.g. as an IT Engineer or Computer Scientist. You are a skilled Backend Developer who has the desire and ability to test new methods and design patterns and develop features that perform optimally.

You are good at maintaining an overview of your current assignments and are able to see how they fit together from a broader, architectural perspective. Furthermore, you are good at spotting, yet undefined needs and development potential, including features as well as new workflows, configuration, and documentation.  

We expect you to have comprehensive knowledge of:

• C#
• MVC 4+5
• .NET 4.6
• SQL Server

If you have knowledge of .NET Core, ASP. NET Core MVC, it would be considered an advantage.
