Be our go-to-person to ensure the LEGO DNA As our new Platform Manager, you will step into Design Lab, a department that bridges design and manufacturing. Here, you analyse internal and external insights that are relevant to continuously allow for informed choices - e.g. within the LEGO Element portfolio, colours, materials and print techniques - as well as identify changes. In doing so, you will: Identify new opportunities to improve processes, guides and quality and help set direction for innovation or improvement initiatives (daily and yearly processes, tasks and project deliverables) Be responsible for analyses relevant for the platform development Communicate with stakeholders as well as facilitate workshops within Design Lab Take the lead on assignments and manage deliveries as well as motivate and set direction for the team you are currently working with Connected community In a culture that is famous for collaboration and creativity, you will connect the dots in order to secure quality in the insights for competitor relevant platforms and Continuous Improvement within your area. Extrovert facilitator who knows how to get commitment The key to your success is your ability to read between the lines and translate the intangible into concrete analyses that view an issue from all angles, in order to form the basis for informed decision made by the Leadership Team and other stakeholders. To facilitate this, you: Have 3+ years of experience in communication management or marketing design management in a FMCG company and a track record of managing data Hold a bachelor level degree within communication, analytics or management, and you speak and write English effortlessly Know SAP, SharePoint and ideally a little about LEAN, just as you have a strong business understanding and end-to-end focus Have excellent communication skills, great abilities within facilitating workshops and setting direction for a team as well as solid analytical abilities especially within pinpointing needs Easily create relationships, are flexible and have a proactive approach towards challenges which are enhanced by your great coordination and planning skills Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment.
