Do you want to be part of tracking and supporting major improvement projects in Gram Equipment? Are you keen on joining and influencing the direction of a Project Management Office? Would you like to play a vital role in the development of internal processes and procedures? We take improvement of our business seriously and are therefore looking to expand our quality & internal project organization with a PMO Facilitator. 

Key focus will be to ensure strong project execution by closely tracking progress and supporting the project managers in developing strong deliverables on internal improvement projects. Your role is located centrally in the organization and you will be working with a multiple of bright people at various levels.  

The job 

As PMO Facilitator you will report to the Director of Quality & PMO and be part of a team of motivated and dedicated colleagues.   

Your main tasks in this role will be:   

• Supporting the organization on internal improvement projects in all stages  (project initiation, ongoing projects and ensuring sustainment)  

• Facilitating and training the organization in Gram’s internal project tools and processes 

• Developing KPIs to track the development of selected business initiatives 

• Reporting on milestones, deliverables and KPIs.   

Apart from the PMO activities, we offer you the possibility of:  

• Contributing to the establishment of a living management system and ensuring the ISO certifications is a part of the company culture.  • Strengthening the focus in the organisation on the value of robust, consistent and documented processes  

• Planning and executing audits on the business processes.    

Qualifications and competencies  

We expect that you have a degree at minimum bachelor level, for instance in mechanical or technical engineering and a few years of working experience. The position does not require long and deep project management or PMO experience; however, it would be an advantage to have facilitation and training skills.  

Further, you are highly proficient in spoken and written English and have advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be an advantage.
