Join the Group Commercial Project Management Office as our new PMO Senior Manager!

Carlsberg Group offers the exciting opportunity to join a small but highly specialised team managing the organizational project management governance standards and assets for global and local new product development and innovation projects.

The position is based in our central office in Copenhagen and reports directly to the Group Commercial PMO Director. You will lead the administration and further development of our NPD management system and contribute with a wide range of activities to ensure we are innovating effectively and efficiently. Located in the commercial heart of Carlsberg, you will be close to key decision makers and in direct contact with local markets around the globe.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage our Organizational Project Management (OPM) governance standards and processes for global and local new product development and innovation projects in our project funnel
  • Coordinate between Commercial, Research & Development, Integrated Supply Chain and markets by working together with key stakeholders across functions
  • Train on Innovation project management local and global teams
  • Support global and local project managers on governance and process related questions
  • Ensure compliance of local markets to our stage-gate model
  • Lead the day-to-day administration of our Carlsberg NPD management tool and further implement new functionality together with the technical team
  • Manage the ongoing tracking of our project pipeline
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports on our innovation pipeline and project related data
  • Take a lead in the further development of tracking and reporting tools within Excel and Power BI
  • Drive the innovation post launch evaluation process, support the Carlsberg Innovation continuous improvement

Key skills and experience we expect

  • Highly structured and very comfortable with numbers
  • Experience in complex matrix organizations
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office package (in particular Excel and Project Professional) and very confident in designing effective PowerPoint presentations. Experience with MS SharePoint would be an appreciated bonus
  • Very good time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience and theoretical knowledge. PM certifications are a plus.
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus
  • MSc in Business, Economics, Engineer or similar
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of working experience covering similar roles in lead FMCG companies
