Would you like to take on a central role in Denmark's largest in-house agency, where you ensure our portfolio of projects is effectively planned and executed?You will be based in Billund and join the Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA). We are a 350 people global in-house agency developing consumer marketing communication and the supporting digital platforms. As PMO Director, you will be responsible for managing demand and capacity for CMA. This includes: Driving portfolio planning, consolidation and decision making. As such, you advise upper management based on your portfolio insights and the strategic priorities of the LEGO Group to make sure they are equipped to make the right decisions. Turning portfolio decisions into projects, ensuring that the necessary resources and employees are allocated to the project teams. You also manage and set the budget, always focusing on making every project a success. Driving the execution of the portfolio. As this involves constantly adapting to changing circumstances, you need to manage demand and capacity on an ongoing basis and adapt to changing priorities while, at the same time, creating full transparency into projects, cost and KPI status for all of CMA and our stakeholders. Leading, inspiring and developing your team of 3 PMO Managers and 3 Business Supporters. We need to be extremely flexible and constantly able to adapt to the ever changing demands from stakeholders. Experienced Leader and Portfolio Manager You have at least 7 years of experience with portfolio management combined with some people leadership experience. As a person, you are analytical with a good understanding of strategy work, and you thrive in a fast-changing environment among creative colleagues. You are extremely methodical and excellent at creating order in chaos, and you are able to zoom in on project details as well as maintaining a holistic perspective. Experience working with digital or IT development would be an advantage. Your English is excellent both written and spoken.
