Postdoc in Mathematical modelling of antimicrobial resistance in pigs

Section for Epidemiology at the National Veterinary Institute is seeking a two year post-doc candidate to do mathematical modelling of antimicrobial resistance with special emphasis on the usage of antimicrobials. Responsibilities and tasks This postdoc position is part of a larger project, carried out by the National Veterinary Institute (DTU Vet) and the National Food institute (DTU-Food) at the Technical University of Denmark, aiming to develop a tool to predict the development of antimicrobial resistance within swine herds, depending on internal and external factors of the herds. Therefore, the candidate will be working closely with other researchers from both institutes. Qualifications Candidates should have a PhD degree or equivalent.
