Are you ready for a visible position that gives a wide exposure and network throughout the Danfoss organisation? And do you excel in pricing strategies and activities? Then this could be your chance in Danfoss District Energy, Strategic Marketing as Pricing Manager You will have two close colleagues and be part of the District Energy Marketing & Sales Support organisation with 26 employees worldwide, supporting our sales companies and sales management team. Deployment of pricing strategies and implementation of best practice in the division Together with sales management and the business units’ product portfolio management you maintain, develop and deploy pricing strategies, activities and tools towards the sales organisation all in order to provide a consistent and professional approach to pricing. Your job will include streamlining our central and local pricing processes to maximise profits and harmonise the processes and tools. As such it is your responsibility to develop, introduce and implement best practice pricing tools and processes across the division and support the implementation of agreed price increases. Among other areas of responsibility are: •Local price books •Pricing optimisation •Pricing KPIs •Analysis of price developments in the markets •Maintenance of pricing sharepoint •New product pricing •Global pricelist process You can look forward to approx. 20-30 travel days per year, primarily to our sales companies supporting the local implementation of pricing processes and tools. Solid pricing experience, business understanding and a can-do-attitude You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Marketing, International Business, Finance or similar topped with solid experience with strategic pricing in a BtB environment. This has furnished you with an excellent business understanding. In this job it is extremely important that you are able to both keep attention to detail and a sense of perspective when talking pricing strategies. Your presentation skills are second to none in order to be able to facilitate and communicate price discussions to multiple audiences in a complex and global organisational structure. Your English skills are of prime quality – both written and spoken. You are an advanced user of Excel and Business Warehouse and you possess an overall flair and interest for IT. You aim very high, your analytic skills and structured approach are far above average, and you take pride in delivering precise and detailed results.
