Job Description

Do you have solid experience in driving strategic pricing projects and processes across many countries and customer segments? And does the idea of forming and implementing pricing methods and processes together with highly skilled colleagues in an international environment appeal to you?
Then you might be our new Pricing Manager in our global pricing office in Danfoss Heating. The right person is motivated by being a key player in driving the change towards pricing excellence. Together with colleagues from across the organization you will develop and manage key pricing workstreams that will cover everything from discount, bonus and surcharge schemes to operational performance management related tasks

Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a MSc. /BSc. in International Business, Economics, Accounting or similar, preferably also a few years’ experience from Sales. The right candidate has solid experience within strategic pricing in a multinational company. You come with documented project and change management skills. We are on the lookout for an analytical, proactive and strategic mindset – with the ability to coach and train stakeholders in applying pricing principles. Last but not the least you must be a strong team player with the ability to facilitate good cooperation across many functions and nationalities.

Areas of responsibilities

• Driving and supporting strategic pricing projects and processes across markets and customer segments 
• Implement new pricing frameworks and guidelines – e.g. new discount and bonus schemes
• Establish and manage training modules for sales and business units
• Consultancy for selected business units and sales regions
• Develop and implement ERP guidelines and changes 
• Support pricing analytics and reporting
