The job
You will be Lead Auditor and will plan, perform, report and follow-up on audits. Are you a structured and systematic team player, who dream of a job with major responsibility and the license to impact decisions, you might be just the person we are looking for.
As our new Principal Quality Auditor, you will perform audits of LEO Affiliates, Regions and at our GXP regulated third parties. Audits is performed within GDP/GMP, PV and RA areas. LEO Pharma has more than 30 Affiliates in Europe, North America, South America, Middle East/Mahgreb, Asia and Australia. Each Affiliate/Region has GXP responsibilities towards QMS, distribution, pharmacovigilance, medical information and regulatory. It is LEO Pharmas responsibility from a corporate level to oversee the GXP compliance level through audits.
You will have to be able to travel minimum 40 days per year worldwide.
Your qualifications
- MSc. degree within Pharmacy, Biology or equivalent
- Trained Lead Auditor with +7 years of auditor
- You have experience from a compliance role at a pharmaceutical affiliate company or working with affiliate companies from at corporate level
- You have a good understanding of QMS and knowledge of one or more areas: GDP/GMP, PV and RA
- You are a bright communicator and can without difficulty explain complicated matters in an understandable way
- You are proficient in both written and spoken English
- You are able to travel a minimum of 40 days per year worldwide
In addition, you are curious about understanding people, enjoy working with people from different cultures and you keep an open mind and see the positive side.

You will join a team of 14 skilled and dedicated auditors. The audit department is responsible for all internal and external audits within GXP and RA regulated areas in LEO Pharma. We are based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
