About the department CMC Business Support is part of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Supply within the Novo Nordisk Research & Development (R&D) organisation. CMC Supply develops and formulates all new protein and peptide processes coming out of our research units in our pilot plants, ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. CMC Supply is organised in seven units of expertise supporting the entire drug development pipeline. CMC Business Support is part of CMC Support unit and responsible for supporting the end-to-end value chain in CMC Supply. Our focus is on development and support to the Supply Chain processes and financial processes in our Development Projects. Further, CMC Business Support provides support to CMC Supply management to enable sound and data-driven management decisions. You will join a department with 11 highly skilled colleagues with various areas of expertise. We are ambitious and constantly strive for excellence. The job As Process Analyst for Material Planning Process, your will along with a colleague, be responsible for chairing the cross functional CMC Planning Group, which consists of planners and coordinators from all parts of the CMC Supply organisation. You will be responsible for continuous maintain and support the organisation in following the material planning processes that are implemented. Based on your close interaction with the CMC Planning Group you will identify improvements which must be prioritised and brought forward to the Planning Process Owner. This calls for your strong ability to analyse planning processes related to supply and demand data for development products, collaborating with stakeholders in identifying improvement areas, and actions to ensure that processes are implemented and matured. Further, you will secure process compliance and alignment across CMC Supply through process documentation and process checks. Additionally you will support the department, the Support VP unit and CMC Supply Management in with various analyses and presentations. It is expected that you will be able to challenge us in the way we do things and that you can be proactive in identifying opportunities to work smarter. Qualifications You probably have a Master degree within a relevant business education (e.g. M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management or engineering) or experience equivalent to that. As a person you are known for your excellent analytical skills, your ability to communicate and collaborate with different level within the organisation, and your knowledge and understanding of the supply chain process in a dynamic organisation. You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency. You are result-oriented and like to be challenged.
