Become a process expert in a product development setting with industry-leading results. In this varied position, you join a supportive group of process experts to create and maintain our process foundation, which is the backbone of developing the LEGO® products. Represent our process Foundation As Process Consultant, you join the global LEGO Continuous Improvement community. Your main focus will be to build and keep the process foundation for new product development up–to-date, reflecting the true needs of the Product and Marketing Development organisation. Specifically, you work on two levels. One that focuses on the overall stage-gate milestone plan for product development --and another where you work in more detail by documenting guidelines, templates and best practices. Doing so, you: Document and maintain processes in the LEGO process portal that contains business processes - broken down from top-level processes to detailed level of procedures, guidelines and templates Keep the stage-gate LEGO development process updated and well-maintained, making it available to users, handling change requests, keeping descriptions updated and gathering new data Cooperate with other process consultants, both to define, sign-off and align on tasks and to execute, report and follow-up on these Help develop communication material and possibly execute training to keep the processes alive and use them to create sustainability, reduced variation and faster on-boarding of new employees Connected community In our collaborative environment, you get to play an important role in sustaining standardised and transparent processes to create value in the business. Experience with process documentation and IT efficiency Your success depends on your ability to understand how the Product and Marketing Development organisation works and use this knowledge to secure buy-in and create enthusiasm related to the documentation, development and implementation of processes. You will work with many different stakeholders, who have different needs and expectations towards process documentation. So you need to meet them on their own terms to implement, maintain and expand the use of our stage-gate model. Your qualifications: You hold 3+ years of relevant experience, giving you a fundamental process understanding and a proven track record of creating and maintaining process documentation You are a confident IT user with some technical understanding, so you can make changes in our process portal (experience with ARIS process documentation or BPMN process notation is a plus) You have excellent analytical, conceptual and communicative skills, and you are a solid user of PowerPoint and Excel You speak and write English effortlessly, you are able to travel up to 10 days a year, and by nature you follow through and deliver according to scope and success criteria Bringing it to life "Because more than half of our yearly sales are generated by new products, solid processes and best practice in product development are essential to our continued success.
