Process Engineer, Process Water & Waste Treatment (PWW)

The PWW segment supplies process equipment and complete solutions to treat municipal and industrial waste water and a multitude of industrial waste streams. PWW Engineering & Supply is the project organisation executing the engineering, design, supply, installation and commissioning of sold process solutions. As a process engineer you will work in the PWW Engineering & Supply team in Søborg and you will be involved in all project phases, from assisting the sales organisation, through design, procurement, to final on-site commissioning. Your future colleagues are skilled project managers and engineers with a strong interest in developing industrial process application know-how and it will be a key focus area for you to help build the know-how in the group. We are looking for a person with practical and theoretical process knowledge and project management experience. It is a must for this position that you have hands-on experience with start-up and operation of wastewater or waste streams process lines/systems. Key tasks and responsibilities: •Drive the development of industrial process application know-how in the group. •Sparring partner to the PWW sales organisation in the project sales phase. •Process design, including fluids and solids handling, layout of plant and basic piping and instrumentation. •Communication with the customer during the project execution phase. •Organising installation and start-up of process lines. •Participate in project and quotation work. The Ideal candidate’s personal profile & qualifications: •Engineering degree – mechanical or process •Experience with environmental technology. •Experience with engineering and design of process lines. •Practical experience with commissioning of process lines. •Experience with project management within waste water treatment or similar. •Good communication skills. •Experience with and thorough understanding of the financials of project execution.
