For our department Processing Governance we are looking for a Process Expert with strong SAP skills. The Processing Governance department provides governance in order to assure highly effective business processes, data and related tools across all sites and interfacing organizations, utilizing and improving the required IT system landscape. What are my responsibilities? · Design, implement, monitor and govern stable and mature processes within SCM IT tools (core system SAP) · Function as the point-of-contact for all IT change requests related to designated processes · Ensure continued daily operations related to designated processes implemented in IT tools (e.g. SAP) · Identify business requirements around data and support in developing concepts, methods, accuracy measurements & solutions to be implemented in SCM IT landscape · Participate in the process expert and authorization manager communities, demonstrate close work relations, knowledge sharing and communication with relevant operative and governance functions · Drive change management related activities when anchoring new processes and IT tools What do I need to qualify for this job? · Preferably, you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent · You have several years (3+) of SCM and business set-up experience from a similar industry e.g. auto or aviation industry · You possess substantial SAP experience, preferably within SAP Plant Maintenance · You have a profound cross-functional understanding of business process management on a global scale · You have an analytical and systematic mindset · You have a proactive and self-driven approach to your tasks and you welcome new challenges · You possess strong communication skills and are able to communicate on all organizational levels · Additionally, you possess strong English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
