The Process Expert we're looking for in IT Process Support is adaptive and responsive to requirements yet firm in keeping focus on value, he/she applies expertise and technology, drive constructively towards attractive and ambitious goals and results, is a great communicator and really good in networking and relationship management. The position we offer As process expert your job is to support our IT development and operations with understandable, easy to navigate and fit for purpose IT processes. The key outcomes are common understanding of the processes and implemented processes that are structured, repeatable, can be measured and satisfy day-to-day operation as well as long term development goals of Nordea. The Working Hours is every day 8:30-16:30. The qualifications you need Bachelor degree or higher, excellent English skills - spoken and written, some Bank and much IT Process knowledge, ITIL foundation or higher (intermediate or expert is preferred), knowledge and experience with change management and management of change methodologies, excellent process modelling skills, excellent planning and organising skills and experience. Experience from working in data center operations or supporting functions to data center operations. Duties include (but are not limited to): • Drive process modelling in Nordea, including defining, measuring, analysing, implementing and improving processes to enable smooth collaboration between business, business IT, I&O and suppliers • Own 1-2 processes, accepting the accountabilities associated with process ownership (role description is available in our IT Process Portal) • Act as process coach/sparring partner for Process Analysts, Project Managers and other relevant partners and contribute to knowledge sharing with peers • Provide training and tools for process users in relevant aspects of a process lifecycle and thereby driving process oriented thinking in Nordea • Ensure a common understanding and visualisation of process(es) in scope, and plan process project work accordingly.
