This is your chance to join Global R&D in LEO Pharma who devotes its efforts to develop innovative drugs for the treatment of skin diseases like psoriasis and eczema.

 High quality clinical trial processes

You will join LEO Pharma at the maybe most exciting period of time in the company’s history with a strong focus on optimizing the way we work to ensure compliant, high quality and efficient processes. You will be an important part of this journey by supporting a number of optimization projects. 
In addition to support projects, you will have the responsibility to ensure compliance by taking ownership of our overall requirements for the clinical document control process – Trial Master File (TMF). You will also provide support to handle documentation of training for the entire global clinical operations area.

 Your main tasks will be to:

• Support process optimization projects
• Be part of and coordinate workshops to map and optimize our processes
• Support training activities and related administrative tasks such as booking/setting up workshops and archiving of certificates
• Be the subject matter expert for the overall TMF process, including compliance with internal and external requirements and support the organistation with TMF related tasks
• Secure focus on process work through continuous stakeholder management

Your position will bring you a high level of visibility, as you will collaborate with a great number of stakeholders across the organisation. To succeed in this, you will need strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic issue solving approach.

 Your qualifications and experience

• University degree at Master’s level backed by relevant experience from the pharmaceutical sector
• Experience with project management 
• It will be a benefit if you have worked with clinical trials and understand the document control requirements
• A high level of stakeholder focus
• Experienced coordinator of cross-functional workshops
• You can work independently and you have ideas and the positive can-do-attitude it takes to create new solutions 
• Structured and analytical approach
• Enthusiastic, positive and comfortable cooperating and communicating across skill types and functional borders

Your new team

You can look forward to becoming part of a dedicated team of process managers with high professional standards in an informal atmosphere. You will be part of the Process Management team in Global Clinical Operations which is supporting projects primary within the clinical operation area but with many touch points out to the entire organization. We are currently 8 people in the group and located at LEO’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
