About the position

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Service is looking for a Project & Process coordinator to support the global standardization of our Service Spare Parts & Supply organization. 

SGRE’s Service Spare Parts & Supply organization is responsible for the end to end process of spare parts and supplies to our customer’s wind farms and is currently undergoing a transformation to ensure a standardized and global approach across our global business, based on industry best practices.

To support our colleagues and leadership with this task, our Process and Portfolio management department is looking for a colleague to support our organization by providing standard guidelines, concepts and tools to the global and regional Process and Project experts, as well as creating transparency of our Global business processes and project management framework. 

With report to the Head of Process & Portfolio Management, you will coordinate, train and work closely with internal stakeholders and process owners & experts to define, describe, align, implement and improve the process organization, process landscape, process documentation, guidelines/ standardization and tools, to ensure global standard operating procedures are implemented across our global business. You will also provide support to the organization in project management methodology.

You will be part of our Process & Portfolio management team within our global Spare Parts & Supplies competence center, located in Brande, Denmark.  

 What are my responsibilities?

• Strengthen the organization’s focus on standard, global and documented processes to support our Spare parts & Supply business 
• Govern our global process guidelines, practices and standards 
• Drive cross functional community of global and regional process specialists 
• Ensure all process specialists are equipped to create and maintain process documentation
• Support the organization with process and tools and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide training for process specialists and project managers in systems and processes
• Ensure compliance towards overall process guidelines, standards, documentation and tools
• Act as key user of our internal tools and systems 

  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You are an experienced Process specialist or project manager
• You preferably have at least 2 years of experience working with process documentation
• You have good communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
• You thrive in a global and dynamic environment 
• You are quality-oriented and detailed with a structured approach to your work
• You have great interpersonal skills and a corporative and constructive approach 
• You are self-driven, able to work and complete tasks independently and on time
• You have experience in influencing multiple levels of leadership within the organization, and can clearly communicate, convince, motivate and inspire others
• If you speak Spanish it is considered a clear benefit

 In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. Expected travel: 30-50 days/year.
