Can you lead and drive changes in production, and are you motivated by ensuring high quality and high production equipment utilisation? Then we have the job for you as a process responsible in our technical department responsible for production support in Danfoss Power Electronics. We are a team of nine who are responsible for the day-to-day PT and production processes as well as the implementation of Lean projects, and we look forward to welcoming you. We are part of Danfoss Supply Chain based at the factory in Gråsten in Southern Jutland. Process, operations and equipment optimisation As process responsible you will ensure operations and quality throughout the production in Gråsten. Your work areas will be: •PMJ (automatic assembly of components) •Soldering processes •Optimisation of production equipment and purchase of new equipment •Participate in problem solving, lean projects and Kaizens •Participate in product changes and improvements with the help of example four step problem solving method, PFMEA •Participate in the implementation of TS 16949 You will act as process responsible with focus on the day-to-day operations and process integrity of the individual machines. You will be working closely together with maintenance and are therefore cooperative and proactive in your problem solving, and willing to retrieve knowledge both internally and externally. To succeed in the job, you must be hands-on with the equipment and the machines. You will be evaluated in terms of product quality and the number of production stops. You are also responsible for ensuring stable soldering processes. Open problem solver with technical flair You are a trained engineer, production technologist or experienced technician. Experience with soldering processes is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have technical flair and want to be responsible for processes and be part of a production environment. You know your responsibility and never compromise on the quality of your work. You are both structured in your approach to the tasks in hand and flexible, seeing changes as a challenge. Most importantly, you possess good communication skills and are able to network across the organisation. You are fluent in English and preferably also German and some Danish skills are required.
