We are now looking for a strong and experienced Process Safety Advisor to establish a process safety strategy for the Danish Business Unit (DBU). The overall responsibility of the Process Safety Advisor is to provide and maintain an oversight of activities on Process Safety issues and report progress and status to the DBU Leadership Team . In addition the Process Safety Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for DBU engagement with Corporate HSE. Key Responsibilities Establish a Process Safety strategy for the business in collaboration with other departments Develop, maintain and report on Process Safety indicators for DBU Governance oversight of process safety in drilling, production operations and projects Support activities in the organization where process safety expertise is required e.g. process safety audits Engage with Corporate HSE on process safety Maintain close contact with the assets, production Support and drilling teams to assure process safety content of work activities are not likely to result in incidents Provide feedback to management on any solution, practice etc. which do not meet good practice standards for process safety Who we are looking for The ideal candidate has a degree in chemical or mechanical engineering and a relevant background from the HSEQ or operational business area with special focus on process safety. You possess great communication and influencing skills and work collaboratively. As a person you have an eye for details combined with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Experience from a large and international organization will be an advantage. You should be proficient in verbal and written English.
