Process Team Manager - with expertise in sludge process

Market Unit Environment is looking for an energetic Process team manager who has experienced with products and process when it comes to sludge handling. It is a key position in MUE due to the increased product portfolio within the sludge treatment area. Your responsibilities •Lead and further grow the competences of the Process Team having focus on sludge treatment processes and products •Drive competence development in the Sales Companies •Ensure we have sufficient configuration tools available for the Sales companies •Provide Process guarantees to the Sales companies when needed •Drive the product development dialogue with the Product and Business centers •Drive application development on selected applications •Ensure sufficient product training is available for the sales companies •Contribute actively to the MUE/PWW strategy development and implementation •Launch new products •Own the competitor intelligence activities in MUE •Ensure we have a customer value based approach in our product development as well as in our marketing material •Create business cases to support product development projects •Be part of the MUE management team to guide the market unit on strategic and operational issues for the best of PWW and MUE. Personal profile & qualifications •A technical education on university level •Minimum 10 years’ experience within industrial or municipal sludge processes and applications •Experience from developing and offering engineered solution •Strong customer focus and good networking skills •Have the ability to lead and drive change activities across functional borders in a matrix organization •Internationally oriented with good cross-cultural awareness.
