Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S, Engineering & Support in Søborg is looking for a: Procurement Team Leader : Energy, Oil & Gas projects Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S, Engineering & Supply is responsible for engineering and managing customer projects with a wide range of industries worldwide. We are now looking for new colleague, who is willing and ready to take up new challenges and opportunities within procurement. The person will join a strong and ambitious procurement team within our project organisation Engineering & Supply and will report to our Supply Chain Manager. Keywords are management, development and strong contractual and negation skills. In Engineering & Supply (E&S), we are more than 200 employees, dedicated to execute projects and orders professionally and on time, delivering high quality solutions for our customers worldwide. In this position you will be a key person, who can manage a team of lead buyers, buyers and buyer assistants to secure a competitive supply chain and secure project focus within the Energy industry for Oil&Gas, Desalination and Environmental projects. Working in E&S Søborg, you will be part of an international environment with large cross-disciplinary interfaces both internally and externally. Key tasks: * Develop, motivate and inspire team * Walk the talk and lead the way * Manage and coach local employees in alignment with E&S strategy * Follow up on time schedules, finance and project quality * Negotiate and finalise supplier contracts, agreements and conditions * Maintenance and development of supplier performance * Involved in Supplier Commodity strategy ww * Procurement analysis * Secure focus on ALPS board meetings to gain Process optimization * Reporting key figures and follow-up on KPI?s Ideal candidate: * Relevant commercial or supply education * Several years of procurement experience including relevant theoretical background * Experience with project and technical procurement will be an advantage * Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to work in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders * English skills at negotiation level (both in verbal and written) * Structured and organized with good communication skills * Proactive, solution and result oriented * As a person, you are extroverted, flexible, optimistic and a team player.
