Global Service , Service Product Management Service Product Management is a key staff function reporting directly to the Head of Global Service, member of Vestas' Executive Committee. The department is responsible for the global portfolio of Vestas offerings and value propositions targeted wind asset owners' operations. Further, Vestas' internal data and Asset Management Center is part of the function. The function is responsible for commercialization of internal capabilities and establishing external partnerships to position Vestas as the strongest fleet-wide solution partner in the industry, while continuously making sure to optimize our customers' asset investments through operational data analysis and performance management. All together the function is playing a central role bridging the business strategy and daily operations between five regional sales functions across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific, global technology, sourcing and external partners. Responsibilities: This position reports to Head of Service Product Management with whom you will work closely together, being responsible for commercialization of data capabilities. To become successful in this role you need to understand cloud based business models, knowing how to successfully launch breakthrough data service products, have a strong commercial focus, and take a fast-paced entrepreneurial approach to making tangible business results. Vestas is continuously capturing data from +25.000 wind turbines around the world, holding the industry's strongest knowledge of renewable asset performance. The infrastructure for real-time monitoring and control of wind turbines is already built up. In addition Vestas holds industry leading super computer facilities and has built a unique global climate library on which our forefront meteorologists have modelled the wind and weather conditions on any given spot around the globe. It will be your responsibility to establish the best possible commercialization strategy and roadmap, drive sales, external partnerships and knowledge sharing to enable a new strong business area for Vestas. To become successful in this role you must be able to navigate across a matrix organization and establish a strong collaboration with various stakeholder groups both internal and external. Qualifications: Master level degree from business school or university Solid experience from a large international data service companies Proven track record in real business making Competencies: We expect the candidate to be a team player and high performing individual, with: Strong commercial and product management skills Solid understanding of cloud business models Technical insight to data management technologies Stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships Goal-oriented – but without losing attention to the right details Structured and action-oriented and delivers within deadlines Navigating based on solid business analysis and fact-based insights Good English skills - verbal and written What we offer: You will be a key resource in developing a high-performing and high-paced team in a global environment.
