With us, you will become a true product expert, knowing the ins and outs of our smart hearing aid solutions that have received more than 60 awards in the last few years.

As a part of Global Distributor Sales, you will join the global Product Marketing Management team at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark. Together with our 4 regional teams in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe, we make sure our solutions reach our distributor partners – hearing care professionals – all over the world. 

Help bridge our products with our global markets
As the product coordinator, you will be the link between the global product and marketing management teams and your sales, marketing and product colleagues in the regional teams. To support the regional teams in bringing products to their markets, you will be thoroughly introduced to our impressive product portfolio, so you know every feature by heart.

Your main tasks will be to:
• Provide daily product support to the regional markets and hearing aid professionals who distribute our products
• Develop the product and category strategies together with the Global Marketing Manager, e.g. by analyzing in-market product performances
• Help execute on product life cycle management activities across product launches and phase outs
• Coordinate strategic plans for selected markets or partners, e.g. by collecting forecasts and ensuring pricing approvals
• Coordinate special market requirements for product elements such as software, apps and user guides, e.g. by managing requests for translations and other market adaptations
• Present product features at our annual global events, customer visits and through online training

Due to the global scope of this role, you get to travel 30-40 days a year within our 4 regions.

Knowledge of hearing aids or similar medical devices
You are in your element when you get to work in a truly international environment and coordinate activities with people across cultures and time zones. You do not hesitate to explore new ways of doing things and bring your ideas to the table.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:
• Experience from the hearing aid industry – or alternatively, a similar medical device industry 
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in audiology or engineering – alternatively, in a business-related field
• Good project management skills
• Fluency in English in both speech and writing and great multi-cultural communication skills
