We are looking for a new colleague in our Product Management team to lead our product that enables customers to get insight into how social media efforts translate into business value. You will be responsible for a big part of our platform that hundreds of global client teams work with every day. You are ambitious, pragmatic, self-driven, a strong communicator and a team player. We are looking for somebody experienced with analytics reporting, business intelligence tools, dashboard and/or Social Media and somebody who has been exposed to brands and their need to define business KPI’S for social. We are challenging how marketing is being handled by organisations all over the world, both on Social Media and other digital channels. You will lead the vision, scoping, planning, and delivery of the product working not only with R&D but also Sales, Support, Marketing and Management to deliver products that create incredible value. We set the bar high and expect you to be ambitious and push for high quality, innovative and smart software delivered continuously. Developer background would be a plus. Responsibilities - Envisioning, Planning and Scoping short- and long-term product additions to the Falcon Social platform - Working with clients and prospects, as well as Customer Success and Sales departments internally - Leading a team of highly qualified engineers and coordinate their efforts - Supporting and collaborating with all of the product team on delivery and strategy - Breaking ground entering into new digital channels and medias - balancing customer needs vs innovation to build something radically changing how business communication is done - Working with our customer facing teams on identifying which KPIs are most important for social media reporting across various brands and industries Requirements - Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a fast-growing, B2B, SaaS startup - Passion for excellent, user-centered product design, social media, and marketing - Relevant experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc) and PM tools (Jira, Pivotal Tracker, etc.) - You have attention to detail, and can formulate what needs to be fixed - An analytical mindset to monitor and improve product performance through iterations - Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written - We are looking for someone who we can empower to do a good job with minimal handholding – you should enjoy responsibility - Experience with big data, analytics and productising on data to drive insights What we offer - The opportunity to be part of a skilled, super-dedicated, and extremely ambitious team with years of experience within software and web development - A self-driven and high-performance culture - Open, informal and multinational working environment with a flat hierarchy - High responsibility and excellent career possibilities - Lunch, drinks and healthy snacks daily - Working at a central location in Copenhagen, the startup hub of Northern Europe At Falcon Social, we help employees become active digital thinkers.
