In Financial and Network Services we want to create seamless customer experiences and strengthen our position as an industry leader within payments. This by building a strong commercial product propositions and at the same time simplify our platforms and processes.

For our Danish team we are looking for a Product Manager to lead the dialogue and implementation for our Partners, Payment Service Providers and Terminal Vendors. It is an area with lots of interesting and challenging tasks and with lots of opportunities to influence and drive changes and new initiatives across the organisation to strengthen the cooperation with our partners and to ensure a great customer experience.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Front the dialogue with our partners, customers, Payment Service providers and terminal vendors.
• Own service overview (Definition of service abstractJV_descriptions, service matrix, commitments and service levels) 
• Bridge between customer, business and IT. Ensure business requirements are prepared for implementations.
• End-to-end responsibility for the processes. Ensure right service level from the delivery organisation and constantly look for improvement opportunities for the services and delivery process.
• Contribute to the development of service roadmaps in cooperation with our customers, Sales- and Business Management Team.
• Actively contribute to the realisation of our strategy, business plans and ambitions for Card Processing
• High performance in a workplace where empowerment is a keyword
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Some travel in the Nordic is required

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• You have knowledge of and interest in the payment industry
• You can connect business and technical understanding
• You can drive product development through concrete roadmaps following corporate procedures
• You have experience from a Product Manager position or similar
• You have financial understanding to some extent
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
