The offer
You’ll join the Application Services team in the Group Data Management Organisation (GDMO). We provide the product management, product owner & IT analyst function for GDMO projects on Nordea's big data platform. The Product Owner role will include; engaging with business stakeholders to understand the business strategy and goals, developing product roadmaps, defining the future state and full end to end implementation of projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Become the subject matter expert for the projects you work on, understanding both the business goal and the IT implementation to achieve the goal
- Work deeply with stakeholders across Nordea to understand the expected outcome and elicit business requirements
- Translate complex business requirements to clear user stories and communicate to both technical and non-technical users
- Work in an agile environment as an integral part of the delivery squad, guiding and leading successful projects

Your profile and background:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in an international team
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in quantitative/scientific subject
- Experience from working in the financial sector is a benefit
- Experience from working in a data-driven team is a strong benefit
- Have demonstrable project change delivery experience, from project initiation to delivery with knowledge of IT development lifecycle in an Agile environment
