We are looking for an experienced IT security profile to take product ownership of our IT security roadmap and make operational improvements as well as help us shape an agile IT Security team.  

The team 

You will be joining the IT Security team, which is a team of five colleagues, who contribute with coordinating, technical as well as process-related capabilities.  We are a close-knitted team, who connect on our interest in security and support each other to ensure that we achieve our common goals.   

IT security is at the top of the agenda in BESTSELLER and significant resources are invested in continuously taking us further. You will join us at an exciting time, as we have recently updated our IT security roadmap, making it more ambitious than ever before.  

The job 

As Product Owner, you will be accountable for ensuring that the product performs and delivers, manage vendors and budgets, keep timelines and manage stakeholders across the entire organisation. More specifically, your tasks include: 

• Defining the product vision and road map and ensuring that we meet our targets 
• Prioritising the backlog, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories 
• Acting as the link between the IT Security team and stakeholders across the organisation 
• Ensuring that milestones are reached, and deadlines are met throughout the IT security roadmap 
• Communicating to stakeholders and documenting progress. 
• Ensuring organisational change management and risk management - including effectively communicating IT Security status, risks and recovery plans. 

 Qualifications 

• At least 5 years of experience with information security, IT risk, governance and compliance, of which some years have been in a leading role 
• Experience working with security frameworks, standards and regulations including CIS Controls, ISO 2700x, NIST Cyber Security Framework, FFIEC Cyber Security Framework or other relevant frameworks
• Experience with PCI-DSS audit and privacy experience 
• Interest in or knowledge of agile processes and principles and familiarity with project management tools that support this way of working  
• Experience working as a Product Owner is preferred, but not a requirement  
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing – any Danish skills will be considered an additional advantage
