Sennheiser Communications is looking for a Product Support Specialist to grow our Product Support team. The team helps our customers with complex, product related questions on second and third level of support. Thus, you are the expert voice to our customers. Broad external interface with high responsibility You will form part of our highly dedicated and technically shrewd Product Support Team for the Contact Center and Offices (CC&O) division and will report to the Head of Product Support, CC&O. In your daily work, you troubleshoot, escalate and respond to incoming queries from our B2B customers mainly via mail and phone. You also provide general support to the Product Management team to assist them in improving already existing and developing new audio products. Your responsibilities will include: •Provide second and third level support via support systems, mail and phone for B2B customers •Manage and co-ordinate the resolution of queries •Write technical documentation required for tenders •Collect input and maintain product knowledge database •General support to the Product Development Team •Assist in develop training materials and documentation that will support our customer service teams globally Technical depth and service-mindedness We develop and produce premium quality products and always strive to provide customer service on the same quality level.
