Can you ensure optimal operations and quality in production? And would you like to take part in building new automatic production lines? Then you might be our new Production Engineer. At Danfoss Drives, we are looking for an energetic Production Engineer who can help ensure the day-to-day running of the production in Tørsbøl and at the same time be part of a new project aimed at planning and implementing new production lines in Gråsten. We are a team of skilled and dedicated colleagues, striving every day for high performance and process optimisation of production equipment. Energetic team player with analytical skills You will be responsible for increasing performance by easing the work for production as well as for design, planning and implementation of new production lines. This includes being responsible for data analysis, specification and solution of complex problems, and you will also work with investment projects, e.g. implementation of new production equipment. Your key tasks will be: •Ensuring optimal operations and quality in production •Coordinating and implementing product changes •Re-localising production equipment •Building new automatic production lines You will take part in different projects, which is why you need to be a good team player, and you both thrive on working in a team and on your own. Engineer with strong system knowledge and business acumen You are an experienced engineer within production, e.g. a Production Engineer, who is fully up to date with Lean. Knowledge of quality assurance (TS 16949) will be considered an asset. You may be experienced in SAP, but in any case, you need to have strong system knowledge as you will work with many different systems. You have a structured and persistent approach to your work and an eye for seeing things through, and you are used to taking on responsibility and making independent decisions. At the same time, you are good at communicating with colleagues at all levels. Last but not least, you are proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
