Production planner for the moulding halls in Billund, Denmark Join the Component Planning team, which is a consumer driven operation that serves our customers at the packing sites. We are also supporting the moulding site in Billund in order to make the foundation for the moulding site the world’s most efficient moulding operation. Plans are nothing, planning is everything As our new Production Planner, your primary responsibility will be planning and coordinating machines and mould capacity with the clear aim of getting the right amount of LEGO Elements in the right shape and colour to our customers. You will be responsible for making the shop floor and master production scheduling for 1-2 modules on our production site in Billund, Denmark. You ensure that material is available for production and that the schedule is feasible for both the machine, mould and change over capacity. In the daily work life, you thrives working with a LEAN mindset and drive visual planning boards using KPI's to ensure a transparent production plan towards your stakeholders in the production area. We also encourage you to think continuous improvements by employing your imagination and creativity and challenge our processes, thus make us excellent in production planning. You will be challenged to quickly develop a deep and solid understanding of our planning principles, processes and organisation. You will also have to adapt to an environment where the market is dynamic, but where the production still needs to be stable and feasible. Moreover, it is important taht you are thriving in a global organisation, and you will use your good communication and collaboration skills to engage with colleagues on all our production sites - moulding as well as packing sites. A planner with great planning and collaboration skills Your approach to your tasks is structured and combined with your analytical abilities, you can function as a solid and reliable planner. You are used to working with deadlines and know the importance of always meeting them. You have an education within Logistics or Supply Chain (Bachelor's or Master's level) or 2+ years' experience with planning tasks in a production environment. You also have solid IT skills and specifically good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP. You speak and write English fluently.
