Then the position as Program Manager in Healthcare may be something for you. For several years, Systematic has contributed to the digitization of the healthcare system through our Columna products that support clinical processes and the care close to home in a way that creates coherence and increases the quality of treatments and services. The scope of our Columna products is growing, and this is why we need a Program Manager for our care record Columna Cura. The job You will be responsible for the development of our care record Columna Cura, which includes ensuring that the delivery organization and the associated managers function in the best possible way. At the same time, it is important that you are capable of handling and balancing demands and wishes from internal and external stakeholders. You are capable of managing the project managers that are responsible for our development teams, and you are capable of ensuring that the Cura solution is developed in accordance with the roadmap of the product at the same time. Your criteria for success will be to: Ensure a successful collaboration with the customers (the proper solution on time and budget) Run the project in an agile manner with customers close by (on site) Manage and develop the associated project managers through sparring, mentoring and feedback Ensure a good working climate and a high level of employee satisfaction Set clear objectives and a direction for managers and employees Your skills and personality We imagine that you: Have an education at Master’s level and at least 5 years of documented experience with large IT projects and experience with personnel management Are skilled in terms of communicating with and handling a lot of different stakeholders Have experience with processes and agile development Furthermore, you may have experience with program management and management of distributed teams, but it is not a requirement. It is important that you have a positive mind-set and a strong drive, and it comes naturally to you to lead the way in order to get the job done. Last but not least, you are skilled with regard to establishing long-lasting relations with your stakeholders. Experience with projects within the healthcare sector is an advantage but not a demand.
