That’s why we are building a new Digital Solutions Office in Valby, Denmark, and Chennai, India. This is your chance to make your mark on our digitalisation journey and transform the entire industry.

Are you ready to make our digital solutions a great success?
· You have solid project/program management experience, including experience with executing large technology programs consisting of multiple dependable projects, e.g. international enterprise IoT projects.
· You have a degree in computer science, information systems or similar.
· You have solid knowledge of software development life cycle practices.
· It would be a plus if you know Industrial Azure cloud or similar industrial IoT project implementation tools, but it is not a prerequisite.
· It would be a plus if you have an MSP, PgMP, Prince II, PMP certification or similar – otherwise you have the opportunity to get certified with us.
As a person, you have the drive it takes to make digital solutions all it can be within FLSmidth. Also, you have excellent communication skills which enable you to drive projects and programs successfully across a cross-cultural team, collaborate with senior management and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Build and drive our brand-new digital program plan
In the newly established Digital Solutions Office, we are building a new digital framework by establishing a cloud infrastructure that can collect data and create insights on FLSmidth’s plants and equipment across the world. This will subsequently enable us to offer valuable new solutions to our customers – such as business insights and asset management solutions.
As our new program manager, you will be responsible for building, supporting and managing our IoT platform and new digital solution projects. This means you will collaborate with your team, the management team and external partners in defining the digital program plan and roadmap. Thus, you will:
· Develop a detailed program plan to measure project performances using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
· Conduct program analysis, manage risks, identify and influence necessary course corrections and communicate program and project statuses across multiple levels of stakeholders
· Work closely with the IoT architect, project managers, the development team, vendors and partners to ensure that they plan, track and execute digital projects on time and within scope and budget
· Conduct program governance meetings with the Digital Solution Office management team to review statuses across multiple projects/initiatives and their dependencies within the program
· Continuously assess and improve project processes and mentor/coach members of the project management and development teams
You will get to travel approx. 40-60 days a year to visit customers and to collaborate with partners and team members in Chennai.
