Job ID: 239365 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full time We are looking for a Program Manager for our PMO organisation, where we create value for our Offshore Projects by driving internal improvement and optimization projects, process management and dedicated programs throughout the Offshore Project organization. The Program Manager is the coordinating force in Offshore for our project execution lessons learned acting across all the different locations in Offshore supporting our customer projects and line organisation with facilitating workshops for capturing and processing lessons found on the projects. In addition to the above, the Program Manager will be running internal projects across the organisation with focus on improving and optimizing our processes and our way of working. Finally, the Program Manager will be a part of our facilitation tasks across the project management community in Offshore and in own department assisting in project optimisation tasks across the department and projects. What are my responsibilities? Manage the Lessons Learned process for project execution in Market Unit Offshore Facilitate/drive project workshop for capturing Lessons Learned in our customer projects Lead and execute internal projects with focus on improvement for Offshore Project Management in cooperation with our stakeholders in the Wind Power organisation Ensure sustainability in implemented solutions by ensuring the relevant knowledge sharing throughout the organisation. Facilitate project team development for customer projects Perform Project assessments across the Project Execution process in Offshore. Act as Market Unit Offshore representative and interface in divisional Lessons Learned Communities. Liaise with other Siemens Wind Power business units to ensure and improve Best Practice General support including training and instruction of personnel in the processes You should expect some travelling days per year for this position. What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a relevant degree, which has provided you with a solid understanding of business, organization, management and communication Experience with internal project management and preferably experience from working with PM (at) Siemens or related project management concepts As a person you hold extremely good communication skills, you are result oriented and having the drive to get the job done You are able to coordinate and mobilize resources from across different parts of the organization and projects. Furthermore you hold an analytical sense and approach to complex problems A good multicultural understanding with the ability to drive demanding processes in an international environment You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
