Getinge Group is in an exciting and intensive period of change. In our Copenhagen office we are searching for a talented Project Manager. This position represents an excellent opportunity for a talented project management professional with a genuine interest for sales and quality processes to become part of a highly skilled team and a rapidly growing organization! The position has been an important part of our organization for a number of years.

The position

In this position you will have overall responsibility for driving complex projects within Surgical Workflow incl. Life Science, including quality, cost and lead time. As project manager, you will be responsible for profitability in connection with sale of project. You will have a close cooperation with sales and service organization and also be responsible for incorporating the new Surgical Workflow, so that future projects are handled in one organization.

Part of your job (about 25 %) will also include responsibilities as a Quality Manager where you will be involved in the quality management within the local sales and service. The primary purpose is to develop, define and revise quality assurance system, policies, procedures and controls, to ensure company and products comply with applicable regulations and laws.

The Danish section of Getinge Group Nordic is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified.

Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

•Planning, pricing and project execution for Surgical Workflow incl. Life Science customer projects

•Project monitoring, follow ups and reporting

•Internal and external communication

•Create, review and approve applicable project documentation

•Define project risks and evaluate project result (cost, time and quality)

•Plan and run internal and external project meetings

•Plan and run customer visits including FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests)

•Actively contribute to continuous improvements

The position is located at our office in Ballerup, Copenhagen. Travel is required in the role and is estimated to around 35 %. The position reports to the Country Manager who is also situated in Copenhagen.

The ideal candidate

As ideal for the position you have the following key characteristics:

•Minimum four years’ experience from a project manager role

•Preferably experience from healthcare, medical devices or life science sector

•Previous background in quality assurance and manufacturing

•Knowledge in applicable standards and regulatory demands, such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP and GAMP is a merit

•Academic degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or chemical)

•Strong stakeholder skills

•Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken

As a person you are business-oriented and driven with a true passion for managing projects in a structured and efficient manner. You are a collaborative team-player with strong communication skills, who brings energy to the workplace. Being solution-oriented and open to changes are also important assets in order to succeed in this role.
