Can you take financial lead on international projects? Do you want to further develop your financial expertise and work with international project then we have a position in Airtech Business Unit as project controller. Detailed Description Analyses, budgets, recommendations… You will be responsible for the monthly controlling of a number of our international projects of various sizes. Your key objective is to ensure the validity of budgets and forecasts for all projects by providing an overview of assets, liabilities and the financial position for each project. In other words, you become the pivot generating a complete budgetary view of your projects and will be an important sparring partner for the Business Controller and the Project Manager. In overview, your primary tasks will be to: · Develop financial project estimates to the Project Managers – including financial project activities going forward · Analyse deviations and possible explanations – and ensure early warnings, if necessary · Ensure ongoing monitoring and follow up on budgets and overall financial status of the projects · Complete cash flow and net working capital analyses Job Requirements Analytical, persistent and outgoing You have a degree in Business Economics, Finance, Controlling or similar and have already proven your practical financial and analytical skills for some years. Here you have acquired solid experience tracking down the right data and figures, and you thrive on digging into large amounts of data and getting to the bottom of tricky financial problems. This calls for your ability to go the extra mile and persistently continue until you can present your recommendations. Hands-on analytic controlling is one of your core competencies, and you master Excel and are able to comprehend complex ERP flows (we use SAP). Knowledge of SAP is not a requirement but will be an advantage. You must thrive on being in contact with a great variety of people and work within a defined framework of instructions and procedures. As part of the job you will also be part of the team that performs the month end closing and related reporting to FLSmidth Group.
