With our corporate strategy objective of being "Global leader in the wind service solutions market", we have ambitious growth targets for Service in the coming years. To achieve such targets while keeping our cost base steady requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally.

Portfolio Management is a newly established team within Service PMO, where the focus is to drive effective Portfolio Management and optimize Portfolio Management systems and processes. Service PMO supports Service senior management and project / program managers to execute on the strategy with a comprehensive project portfolio. We ensure that focus is kept on the right investments and efficient execution both in development and implementation. 

 

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for project controlling and pro-active follow up on budget and forecasts to enable effective portfolio delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial and capacity budgets at portfolio level
• Follow up on forecasts and actuals on project level
• System administration incl. role creation, open and close project WBS elements
• Act as helpdesk for Program and Project Managers in topics such as forecasting, time registration, purchase order requisition and capex evaluation
• Act as Super User SAP PPM, SAP PS and Resource Management system

 

Qualifications

• A master's degree in finance, business administration or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience with project or business controlling 
• Experience from a large international organisation 
• Experience working in SAP PS, SAP FICO or other SAP products 
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Expert user of Excel and formulas

Additional information
Primary work location is Aarhus, Denmark.
The position requires max. 25 days of travel per a year.
