Help us establish a place for creativity Right now we are creating the first ever LEGO House, a unique and magical place located in Billund. We aim to make this a place for creativity, play and learning, where visitors get to know everything about the LEGO Story and all the possibilities of the LEGO Bricks. As project coordinator, it is your job to update and track the progress of the overall time schedules of the LEGO House. As so, you: Make sure that the LEGO House timelines are continuously updated and proactively aligned on key milestones, using your talent to coordinate, consolidate and maintain the overall project plan Support the Head of the Project Management by monitoring and challenging the individual sub-projects to deliver in clear alignment with expectations - in agreed quality, time and costs Visualise the dependencies between the sub-projects, securing that the progress in both sub-projects and the overall project are tracked and communicated Become a valued team-member You will step into a project that is essential to the LEGO Group, which is famed for its contribution to creativity. As Project Coordinator, you will be part of establishing the LEGO House, where visitors will experience the LEGO History through a combination of exceptional building and amazing experiences. Collaborative coordinator with project planning experience To succeed in this position you are able to operate in a large, complex project, where you cooperate and communicate with the many stakeholders. Thus, you are always up-to-date on the overall projects schedules, and you: Have 3+ years of experience in a similar position where you have worked with project planning on cross-functional projects Thrive as project coordinator through a strong preference for structure and delivering high quality and it is a plus if you have experience from working with MS Projects or Visio Are characterised by a positive and constructive mind-set You speak and write English comfortably Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment.
