We, Sennheiser Communications, are growing and face an increased need for processes and tools. As Project Coordinator in our Manufacturing Team you will play a vital role in the design and implementation of these tools and processes.

 

The area

Sennheiser Communications develops headset solutions at our headquarters in Ballerup (Copenhagen). As our new Project Coordinator, you will enter our organization in a transition phase, where we are enhancing our business and re-thinking many of our logistics processes. You will join the Manufacturing team that is part of the wider Supply Chain & Manufacturing department and report to the Head of Manufacturing.  

 

Your role

As Project Coordinator in the Manufacturing team you will drive the progress of several assigned projects. Your role will comprise typical project coordination tasks such as driving their progress in a structured way, make sure that we are compliant with the project timeline and budget, and involve stakeholders throughout the project.

One of your main projects is connected to the continuous roll-out of our PLM system (Arena) used for documentation control: You will drive its integration both at our suppliers and our R&D organization and improve existing processes and implement new ones to support the organization.

You will also design and implement new processes, plan the training of how to use the processes and related IT-tools. Finally, you will contribute to building up relevant KPI’s and an analysis tool for them. 

In short, you will oversee:

• Coordination of projects in Manufacturing team
• Process development and improvement
• Communicate and update department management the status of the projects
• Follow up on KPIs
• Writing procedures, instructions and training material
• Coordinating training activities

 

Your profile

To thrive in this position, you should ideally:

• Hold a technical degree on Bachelor or Master level
• Have experience with project coordination in a technical organization
• Interest in and understanding of process development
• Have experience with and/or interest for IT/process integration
• A sense for structure, detail and meaningful processes
• Have effective communication skills in English (our company language)

 

Since you may coordinate several projects simultaneously, it is expected that you are good at maintaining an overview in a persistent and structured way.

You are a natural team player, who enjoys sharing relevant knowledge and experience with colleagues.
