As Project Engineer, you play a key role in our Processing Team, which is an engineering team responsible for machine design. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with the team on developing technical solutions for decoration and assembly of the famous LEGO® Bricks. We collaborate across functions and departments to bring ideas to life, ensuring that our end products are top notch and our machines are easy to operate. Here, you contribute through your deep technical understanding, while being an expert within the processing technology area. Moreover, you stay up-to-date with the newest knowledge and support Project Managers with strong knowledge sharing skills. This job will take you travelling 20-30 days a year and you will: Participate in R&D activities with an innovative approach plus managing minor projects/tasks Provide clarification of technical specifications and preparation of technical documentation Shop for projects (machine tooling etc.) and manage contact with the machine tool suppliers Design creative solutions and participate in various construction assignments Work on technical specifications and documentation Be part of a connected community You join a team of 11 working out of Billund and Kladno (Czech Republic). To succeed in this role, we imagine that: You have a technical degree, perhaps as a trained Production Technologist, Designer, Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar You have experience with project-oriented work It will be an advantage, if you have experience with design and manufacturing of 2D and 3D (CAD) You have solid MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP is a plus, though not a requirement You speak and write English effortlessly - Danish is an advantage.
