Our new Project Lead will have a background as e.g. QA Pharmacist and has strong experience with developing and optimizing processes in a GMP regulated finished goods production environment. Several new projects are in the pipeline and we need an analytic, robust person able to both create an overview and knowing the details including regulations and demands from the relevant authorities.This is a position in which you will enjoy freedom, responsibility and the privilege of influence on improvements and orientation. You and your team will support a lot of customers in-house as well as outside and it will be your shared responsibility to further develop this team and the team spirit. The Job: You will be part of the Production Support team in our finished goods manufacturing unit. This team consists of 7 employees and forms part of Assembly, Label & Pack, consisting of 65 Employees. This is an area in strong development with many new production launches and new technologies under implementation. The team is responsible for compliance support to Label & Pack. Your main responsibility will be to enroll and maintain optimization projects and provide analytical and statistical handling of errors. This involves communication with many other departments both at the Hillerød site and in the US. Responsibilities also include: •Initiate and lead optimization projects •Represent Assembly, Label & Pack in implementations of new technologies. •Ensure compliance for Finished goods production •Develop, establish and execute internal cGMP processes •Ensure corrective actions are taken to reduce failures and ensure consistent communication •Knowledge of and ability to” execute deviations” The work place: Biogen Idec’s European production site in Hillerødoffers a dynamic working environment where more than 585 employees representing more than 18 different nationalities strive for the best results. Your professional qualifications: •Knowledge of GMP, regulatory demands and experience with compliance support in a production environment is needed •Ability to create, establish and maintain a high compliance level by analyzing data •Strong English skills Your Personal Qualifications: •A strong drive and motivation for implementing different optimization projects independently in line with LEAN •Easy going and open minded with a sense of humor and an ambition to meet the day-to-day challenges with a positive attitude. •Ability to work independently, take initiative and ownership of your work •Coordinate and communicate with cross functional groups •All-round knowledge and lateral thinking •You are ambitious on behalf of yourself and your team Your formal education: •An academic degree e.g.Pharmacist or equivalent.
