As a Project Manager within the Food Category Ice Cream you are responsible for technical complex projects, including responsibility for quality, budget, scope, delivery on time and documentation. You will work with people from all units within Tetra Pak Processing Systems to deliver international projects to our customers – ice cream factories. You will plan, lead, organise, collaborate intensely with our market companies and motivate through duration of the projects and ensure high customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities •Accountable for delivery according to agreed schedule, budget and quality for multiple projects at a time. •Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, changes and issues. •Effectively manage, motivate and support project teams. •Involve participation in sales support and design Project coordination with Market Company, end-customer and third-party suppliers. •Follow up on cost and schedule in SAP. •Follow up on technical issues and secure a solution covering the interests of customer and Tetra Pak. •Negotiate deviations and variation orders with the customers. •Coordinate of installation and commissioning, secure lessons learned feedback and participate in pre-order activities. •Participate in internal improvement projects within the area of Lean and WCM. Qualifications To be successful in this position you are result oriented and costumer focused with good understanding of complex technical solutions. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in project management. You must be confident in challenge your stakeholders and hold them accountable. We believe that you hold a B.Sc. or similar. Finally you must be challenged by the fact that you will travel and explore the world approx. 80 days a year.
