About the department The Novo Nordisk Way of Assurance Office (NNWoAO) is responsible for aligning assurance activities across Novo Nordisk. NNWoAO is responsible for the annual risk assessment and planning of Novo Nordisk’s corporate audits for audit areas within Business Assurance (Finance, IT, Business Ethics and Facilitation – audits of the Novo Nordisk Way) and Quality Audits (audits within product supply, R&D and of suppliers) globally. NNWoAO is part of Business Assurance, which includes Group Internal Audit, Business Ethics Compliance Office, Facilitation and Organisational Audit. In total, Business Assurance employs +65 people. You will be part of a team of three dedicated colleagues in NNWoAO in Bagsværd and three colleagues based in Bangalore. NNWoAO collaborates closely with Quality Audits, and the new Audit Plan Coordinator will offer cross-functional support to Quality Audits. Quality Audits includes Internal Audits (GMP), Supplier Audits, R&D and GLP Audits. Quality Audits employs +70 people. The job To address the increasing complexity of Novo Nordisk and the growing number of audits conducted each year, a new position as Audit Plan Coordinator is being established. The key responsibility of the Audit Plan Coordinator will be to plan all audits for the areas in Quality Audits and assign resources for several hundred audits annually. You will also be expected to work on various projects in close collaboration with stakeholders to design and implement new, robust planning processes across the assurance functions. In addition, you will support the annual risk assessment process. The position will offer you a unique opportunity to obtain valuable insights into Novo Nordisk’s global business and will give you exposure to a larger part of the organisation. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree from a university or business school with strong results. You have recently graduated or have a few years of experience working with project management, planning, or relevant business support from auditing or consultancy firms or other large organisations. You are able to think and act proactively and are motivated by complex day-to-day planning. You have an exceptional eye for detail and are highly structured. Your communication and stakeholder management skills are excellent and you work well under pressure. You are ready for changes, and you enjoy an environment in which your priorities of the day often will change due to new incoming requests.
