PS is a global organization with several global production sites and approximately 12.000 employees. PS Quality (PSQ) was established as an independent organisational entity in 2013 and is responsible for assuring the quality of our processes, systems and products. In PS Quality People & Organisation, we are right now looking for an experienced Learning Program Manager for our pan-Novo Nordisk e-learning modules on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). About the department You will report to the HR Director in PS Quality and be a part of a highly engaged, experienced and ambitious team of HR-, EHS- and Training professionals. We all strive to deliver and improve our professional support to the PS Quality organisation. In the Learning Program Manager role, you will work independently to ensure the success of the existing e-learning programs as well as get an opportunity to develop additional programs where there is a business need or relevance. The job As the Learning Program Manager your primary responsibility will be to manage and continuously improve the Novo Nordisk e-learning programs on GMP, which is completed by more than 15,000 employees every year. You will also be tasked with developing learning materials (using e-learning and other types of delivery methods) for other topics of relevance for the employees in Product Supply (PS) and PS Quality. You will liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of the contents as well as with internal and external developers to ensure the timely delivery and adherence to e.g. the project management and training standards of Novo Nordisk. As the Learning Program Manager, your overall objective is to manage and continuously develop the existing e-learning programs in PS Quality.Your ability to engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate these into required competencies and relevant learning designs will also be critical for your success in this role. You can expect a large degree of interaction at all levels within Product Supply (PS), CMC Supply, PS Quality as well as Corporate Quality, and have a strong connection to other training professionals across Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master’s degree (specialized in e.g. Pedagogy, Organisational Learning, Business Administration, Humanities), and have solid project management skills. You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience of which 3 years have been devoted to developing or managing e-learning programs. Your experiences have been gained in an international environment - preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company. As a person you take pride in delivering high quality work on time, and thrive equally with working independently as a project manager and facilitating work-shops or meetings with key stakeholders.
