Description Would you like to have a truly international position as a Project Manager (PM) within Corporate Services (CS)? Would you like a wide variety of tasks covering Facility management, HSE, Quality, sourcing and economy? Are you the Project Manager securing the right/best processes and compliance across all units within CS? Facility Management, QSE, Sourcing and Processes More than 140 CS employees and more than 600 people employed by subcontractors are working full time servicing Vestas. The Business Development department is responsible for all systems and processes used by CS worldwide. The PM will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders within the organization to assure optimized, lean and documented processes, anchored within the organization and subcontractors. The PM will be responsible for aligning and securing the use of best practices within QSE and drive the budget process; provide financial support; secure sufficient data quality; measure KPI´s and report on SLA´s. Responsibilities and tasks: As Project Manager you will be asked to prioritize you assignments in accordance to the business needs, which you will have stake in defining. Thus you have the possibility to influence responsibilities and tasks. Below is listed some more tangible assignments that we expect to be on the agenda. Secure that CS adheres to Vestas’ QHSE requirements on projects and other services Contribute to reaching CS´s goal of providing cost conscious services and timely delivery on projects and other CS services Provide QSE support to CS functions Support CS regarding legislation requirements Incident management Chemical management risk mitigation Gate keeper regarding CS customer satisfaction surveys Provide CS with the appropriate system descriptions in order to undertake CS’s projects and services Qualifications and work experience: The ideal candidate for this position is a QSE engineer with a M.Sc. in business economics; 5-10 years of Project management- and process development experience within Facility management. Besides this we are looking for a candidate who has the interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders securing anchoring within the organization. We do not expect to find a candidate with this profile – so if you possess one of these qualifications and have acquaintance/interest within one or two of the other areas we would like to see your application.
